Meal Prep Inspo: Tangy Sushi Bowls

Meal prep is hard. You have to make enough food to sustain you for the week AND that doesn't made you want to gag after eating it for 5-7 days. One of my favorite things to eat out is sushi- basic white girl staple- but it can be expensive, unhealthy, and doesn't sit well overnight. The solution: Tangy sushi bowls.



For 5-7 servings

• 2 Cups of white or brown rice (it doesn't matter since you're not rolling it)

• 2 Cucumbers

• 3 Red or Yellow Peppers

• Roasted Seaweed

• 1 Bunch of Green Onion

• 2-3 Mangos

• 2 Avocado

• Pickled Ginger

• Soy Sauce

Air-Fried Shrimp

• 1LB Shrimp (or protein of choice)

• 1/2 Cup Flour

• 1 egg

• 1 TSP Paprika

• 1 TSP Garlic Powder

Tangy Sauce

• 1/2 Mayo

• 1TB Sriracha

• 2 TSP Ketchup (optional)

• 1 TSP Paprika

• 1 TSP Garlic Powder

• Pinch of salt
